Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in communication
  • Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries efficiently while maintaining confidentiality
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial recordkeeping
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, organization of files, and general clerical duties to keep the office running smoothly
  • Experience

  • Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients and team members effectively
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is preferred
  • Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus for understanding client interactions in professional settings
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
