We are looking for a competent full time office assistant to help with the customer service and bookkeeping operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard\-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks relating to customer calls, accounts receivable management, posting of payments, and deposit processing . This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and solve customer inquires and issues by phone and email.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Post customer payments to billing and fulfillment systems.
- Handle processes related to daily banking deposit.
- Assist with accounting, billing, and collection efforts.
- Experience as an customer service representative, office assistant, or other relevant administrative role working with accounts receivable processing.
- Ability to learn computer systems for data entry and reporting.
- Operate office equipment.
- Thorough understanding of cash management and banking procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem\-solving.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
