The Operations Coordinator is a critical execution role responsible for ensuring the day\-to\-day operations of our private physical performance and healthspan company run smoothly, efficiently, and at a high standard. This role works directly with leadership to translate strategy into action, own operational systems, and maintain exceptional service delivery for both staff and members.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in service\-based operations, scheduling, fulfillment, and member/client experience, who thrives in fast\-paced environments and takes pride in building structure, clarity, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily operational execution, supporting leadership across projects, initiatives, and business priorities.
- Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage and performance delivery.
- Oversee member experience operations, supporting satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Drive front\-end operations related to new member onboarding and membership sales, including direct member communication and closing.
- Monitor and optimize service fulfillment workflows to ensure timely, high\-quality delivery across all offerings.
- Build, document, and refine operational systems and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Track key operational metrics and provide clear, data\-driven weekly updates to leadership.
- Act as a central point of coordination between leadership, coaches, and members to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Demonstrated experience in operations coordination or management within a fast\-paced, service\-based business (fitness, hospitality, wellness, or similar industries strongly preferred).
- Strong background in staff scheduling, workflow management, and fulfillment operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging both internal teams and high\-level clients.
- Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities without losing execution quality.
- Proactive, self\-directed, and comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instruction.
- Interest or experience in fitness, wellness, or human performance environments is a strong advantage.
- Based in South Florida, with the ability to work primarily remotely while remaining responsive and available during business hours.
