Summary
GuamTemps, Inc. is seeking to hire a Office Support Specialist (Temporary) on behalf of our client. This position will be contracted for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility for an extension. The Office Support Specialist will play a vital role in:
- Managing office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Providing front desk support, greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Maintaining an organized office environment to enhance productivity.
- Running and completing company errands.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as a clerical assistant or in a similar administrative role is helpful.
- Excellent calendar management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and visitors.
- VALID Drivers License
- Must be current Guam resident
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Authorized to work in the United States.
