Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Accounting \& Personal Assistant to support our executive team with a diverse range of financial, administrative, and personal responsibilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient office operations while providing personalized support to ensure the smooth running of daily activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail\-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to handle multiple tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting to ensure timely and accurate data entry
  • Coordinate and support event planning activities for company meetings, client events, or team\-building functions
  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings via Microsoft Outlook Calendar or Google Workspace
  • Handle office management duties such as filing, data entry, front desk reception, and maintaining office supplies
  • Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing documentation, and communicating with stakeholders effectively
  • Perform clerical tasks including proofreading documents, transcription of audio files, and managing multi\-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong background in office management and executive support
  • Demonstrated bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks or comparable software
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry platforms
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy for transcription and document preparation
  • Experience in event planning, project coordination, and customer service is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as multi\-line phone systems and fax machines; experience with DocuSign is a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
