- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately with friendly, professional phone etiquette
- Manage multi\-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
- Support calendar management and scheduling for office events or appointments
- Handle incoming correspondence, proofread documents for accuracy, and perform clerical tasks such as photocopying and scanning
- Maintain organized files and ensure all office supplies are stocked and accessible
- Provide customer support to students and staff by answering questions promptly and professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities (if applicable)
- Experience with office management systems such as QuickBooks or similar software is a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations, multi\-line phone systems, and clerical procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with strong time management skills
- Previous office experience or administrative experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties or personal assistant roles is advantageous
