Responsibilities

  • Assist with property listings, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials to attract potential buyers and tenants.
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Support negotiation processes between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and maintaining organized files.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws during all transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support property management activities including lease agreements, maintenance requests, and tenant relations.
  • Experience

  • Proven experience in real estate administrative support or property management roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly valued.
  • Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and sales techniques.
  • Experience with marketing strategies specific to real estate is a plus.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem\-solving.
  • Familiarity with negotiation tactics and sales processes to help close deals effectively.
