Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and manage incoming mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and assist with basic office logistics
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative operations
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, reports, and record\-keeping
  • Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus for handling financial records
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast\-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required
  • Personal assistant or calendar management experience enhances your ability to support executive needs
