\ We are seeking a smart, honest, dedicated, discreet and detail\-oriented Legal Assistant/Paralegal with uncompromising values to join our challenging, warm and vibrant Palm Beach County, Florida\-based private client law firm practice. The position will be based out of our Boca Raton office located conveniently off Yamato Road just East of I\-95\. While prior experience in a Trust and Estate Planning \& Administration firm is a plus, it is not a requirement for the right candidate looking to transition into a top notch Trust \& Estates practice area, as training will be provided regardless of background. A secondary specialty practice area of the firm is real estate and title for those interested in working in multiple areas. The ideal candidate will provide support across a broad spectrum of legal functions, and will have the opportunity to work collboratively as well as independently depending on experience and the situation.     • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times while adhering to firm policies and procedures.
    • Assistance with client intake, engagement, and gathering of information necessary to advise clients and prepare their estate planning documents.
    • Assist with drafting estate planning and related documents and correspondence with precision and clarity.
    • Perform detailed document review and proofreading to maintain high standards of accuracy in all legal materials.
    • Assist with client signings and after the signing, assist with original documents, including preparation of client binders, post\-execution instructions, assistance with funding trusts and retitling accounts, and similar services requested by clients.
    • Manage and organize case files using our firm's document management system; ensure all records are accurate, complete, and easily accessible.
    • Handle administrative duties including data entry, scheduling appointments, managing phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy; time entry and management and billing assistance.
    • On occasion conduct legal research using tools such as LexisNexis across various practice areas including estate planning, business and tax planning.

    • Paralegal experience or equivalent legal administrative experience in a law office environment a plus.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
    • Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis, and other legal research tools.
    • Familiarity with practice management software such as MyCase preferred.
    • Knowledge of estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate law, business law or real estate a plus.
    • Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence.
    • Demonstrated proofreading and transcription abilities ensuring accuracy in all written materials.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette to interact confidently with clients and team members alike.
Pay: $25\.00 \- $45\.00 per hour Benefits:
