Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team and ensure smooth daily operations within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency with various administrative tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization by providing comprehensive administrative support. Duties
- Works closely with the Chief Executive and Operating Officers to ensure efficient business operations.
- Maintains internal business files.
- Assists executive management with periodic reports and other administrative tasks.
- Works closely with the Compliance Manager to assist with processing applications for occupancy.
- Coordinates onboarding of new employees.
- Assists with preparations for onboarding of new properties.
- Tracks and coordinates benefits management with third\-party broker.
- Tracks and coordinates insurance policy management with third\-party broker.
- Answers resident and applicant questions via phone and email.
- Performs other related duties as directed by the Chief Executive and Operating Officers.
- Adheres to BPM’s safety program and procedures.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- 3\+ years of experience in office administration/management.
- Excellent organizational and time\-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to deal courteously and tactfully with residents, coworkers, and the general public.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Knowledge of report preparation techniques and ability to maintain moderately complex clerical records and prepare reports.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, associates, residents, representatives from neighborhoods, community leaders, and federal, state, and local officials.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- General knowledge of affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, etc.) preferred.

Pay: $46,000\.00 \- $51,000\.00 per year
