Position Type: Part\-Time

Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM \| Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid Daily in\-office attendance at our Coral Springs location is required to pick up and drop off files. The remainder of the workday will be completed remotely ideally from your home office in Coral Springs.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and self\-motivated Funder, Post Closing \& Title Admin to support our real estate transactions from pre\-closing through post\-closing. This role is critical to ensuring accurate funding, compliance, document execution, and timely recording, while maintaining exceptional service standards for lenders, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review title commitments and ensure all requirements are satisfied prior to closing/recording
  • Prepare and review Closing Disclosures (CD) and ALTA Settlement Statements
  • Balance transactions and verify closing funds in accordance with lender instructions and company policy
  • Prepare transactions for funding, including issuing checks for disbursements
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly signed, notarized, and recorded
  • Review, organize, and handle funding authorization on executed closing documents
  • Record deeds, mortgages, and other required documents with appropriate county offices, including e\-recording
  • Return signed and recorded documents to lenders and other involved parties
  • Maintain and archive complete, accurate, and compliant closing files
  • Qualifications

    * Florida Licensed Notary Public (required)

  • Experience with
  • SoftPro Select

  • Experience with
  • e\-Simplifile and electronic recording (e\-recording)

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time\-management skills
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other MS Office applications
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and use multiple systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem\-solving abilities

Pay: $20\.00 \- $21\.63 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coral Springs, FL 33065
