We are seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support daily operations for a growing cleaning business in the Dallas area. This role requires travel between job sites and storage locations, assisting with scheduling, inventory coordination, linen management, and quality inspections. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently while keeping business operations running smoothly. Pay is $13–$14 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, and a personal vehicle is required. We also include mileage reimbursement
Duties
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating daily operations
- Transport, organize, and restock linens and supplies
- Maintain organization within storage units and inventory areas
- Conduct quality inspections at cleaning sites
- Report issues and ensure service standards are met
