Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part\-time Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team and drive growth through proactive client engagement and tailored insurance solutions. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer comprehensive insurance products that provide peace of mind. We offer based salary, PLUS commission and additional bonuses. This is a hybrid position (remote \+ office). Responsibilities Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products that meet individual client requirements Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements Manage sales administration tasks such as quoting, policy processing, and maintaining accurate client records Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and guiding clients through the purchasing process Develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and direct client engagement Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems for tracking leads and managing customer data Conducting a high volume of daily outbound calls (often 30\+) to prospects who have had no prior contact with the company Confidently addressing doubts or complaints to maintain the company’s reputation and keep the conversation moving forward.
