Dental Assistant

We're a practice that doesn't take good people for granted, and we're looking for a dental assistant with the potential to earn the privilege of presenting treatment. You'll handle imaging, patient paperwork, hygiene support, and patient flow. Assistants who prove they can build trust, communicate confidently, and handle uncomfortable conversations can be trained to present treatment and earn commission on completed cases. Compensation \& Benefits Full Time PTO 401k and discounted dental care Commission on completed treatment you present Schedule: Flexible Scheduling M\-F 9\-6 SAT 9AM\-2PM What Makes This Role Different Take intraoral photos and assist with CBCT and 3D scanning Handle patient paperwork and duties most offices leave to the front desk Work closely with remote staff who support insurance, communication, and admin Use our in\-house software and AI to guide workflow, handoffs, and treatment conversations Treatment presentation is earned.
