Vehicle Title \& Documentation Clerk Caucasus Auto \- GA Location: 175 Container Road, Savannah, GA 31415 Job Type: Full\-time, On\-site Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Start Date: As soon as possible Pay: $20\.00/hour during training; $23\.00/hour after training, depending on experience Job Summary Caucasus Auto is seeking a reliable, highly organized, and detail\-oriented Vehicle Title \& Documentation Clerk to join our Savannah logistics operation. This is a full\-time, office\-based position focused on the accurate processing, tracking, organization, and control of vehicle titles and shipping documentation. The employee will work closely with the Warehouse Manager, warehouse staff, and multiple remote teams to ensure vehicle information and documentation are accurate, complete, properly organized, and ready for shipment processing. Because this position involves original vehicle titles and time\-sensitive shipping documentation, accuracy, organization, communication, and personal responsibility are extremely important. Key Responsibilities Receive, review, organize, and track original vehicle titles and related documentation. Verify vehicle information and documentation for accuracy and completeness. Enter and update vehicle information in company systems, including: VIN numbers Title numbers Title status Vehicle status Check numbers Shipment\-related information Other required vehicle and documentation data Sort and organize vehicle titles according to containers and shipments. Prepare title and documentation packages for vehicle export and shipment processing. Prepare, print, scan, copy, and organize required documentation. Work with documents such as: Vehicle Titles Dock Receipts Powers of Attorney Cover Letters Shipping and export\-related documentation Maintain accurate title inventory and document tracking records. Securely organize and store original vehicle titles and other sensitive paperwork. Identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete documentation and communicate issues to the appropriate team. Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding vehicle and shipment status. Communicate regularly with remote teams regarding document requests, vehicle information, corrections, priorities, and assigned tasks. Monitor and respond to requests received through different communication channels, including email, messaging platforms, and internal company systems. Follow up on assigned issues and ensure requests are completed accurately and on time. Maintain clear records of documents received, processed, prepared, and completed. Help prevent shipment delays caused by missing or incorrect documentation. Perform other documentation and administrative tasks related to warehouse logistics as needed. Required Qualifications Previous experience in administrative work, logistics, transportation, automotive documentation, shipping, document processing, or a similar role. High School Diploma or GED. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong computer skills. Comfortable working with: Google Sheets Microsoft Excel Email Online systems Internal company software Workplace messaging and communication platforms Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with large amounts of vehicle and document information without losing accuracy. Strong organizational and time\-management skills. Ability to communicate clearly with both local and remote teams. Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities at the same time. Ability to follow procedures and complete assigned tasks independently. Ability to recognize errors or missing information and take appropriate follow\-up action. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to responsibly handle confidential information and original vehicle titles. The role does not require unusual physical labor or regular heavy lifting. The employee will work closely with the Warehouse Manager while also communicating regularly with other company departments and remote teams. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 30\-minute unpaid lunch break. Regular overtime is not expected for this position. Compensation $20\.00 per hour during the training period $23\.00 per hour after training, depending on experience Compensation is subject to applicable payroll taxes and withholdings. Work Location This is an on\-site position.
