Responsibilities Assist in the assembly, inspection, and maintenance of autonomous and atmospheric vehicles to ensure optimal performance. Support testing procedures by setting up equipment, collecting data, and troubleshooting technical issues during vehicle operations. Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose mechanical or electronic faults and implement corrective actions. Conduct routine inspections and safety checks on vehicle systems, including sensors, control units, and propulsion components. Participate in the calibration of sensors and navigation systems to enhance vehicle accuracy and reliability. Document test results, maintenance activities, and technical observations accurately for reporting purposes. Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures during all testing and maintenance activities. Stay updated on advancements in autonomous vehicle technology, atmospheric data collection methods, and robotics best practices. Experience Prior experience or background in mechanics, robotics, or autonomous vehicle systems is preferred but not required; relevant training or coursework will be considered. Basic understanding of electronic systems, sensors, or control units is advantageous. Strong problem\-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot mechanical or electronic issues effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements. Previous internship or entry\-level experience in related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
