Final Filing Date: 10/13/2026 Application Methods:Electronic (Using your CalCareer Account) By Mail Drop\-off Print Job Save Job ### Job Description and Duties Under close supervision of the Supervisor I, Manager for the Administration and Program Control Section (APC), the Student Assistant assists various staff within the California Energy Bond Office (CEBO) with administrative functions to include office receptionist duties, preparation of correspondence, track and organize office supplies and materials, records management, and assisting staff with coordinating travel and training. The scope of responsibilities of the incumbent are formulated to suit the incumbent’s technical knowledge, skill, long range goal, and the Office’s immediate workload requirements. All applicants for Student Assistant positions must meet the following departmental eligibility requirements: Enrolled in nine (9\) semester/eight (8\) quarter units for undergraduate students or six (6\) semester/four (4\) quarter units for graduate students. Achieved a 2\.0 grade point average in the most recently completed academic term.
