Our Products Liability Practice Group We defend product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers as trial and global coordinating counsel in product liability and toxic tort cases. Our clients lead cutting\-edge industries, such as AI/robotics, automotive and autonomous vehicles, consumer products, food and wine, connected products, medical devices, pharmaceutical, retail and cosmetics, and technology. Who You Are You are a high performer with at least 6\+ years of experience looking for a reduced schedule (1,400 hours), remote, non\-partnership track position with the following: Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required) Manages cases with a high degree of autonomy You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team\-oriented attitude Excellent client service skills Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery Managing document collection, review, and production Causation and/or failure analysis Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings You have excellent written and oral communication skills You are an active member of the bar in the state in which you reside and in a state in which we have an office or are eligible to waive into one of those states.
