Provide administrative support including filing correspondence and records, preparing correspondence, processing mail, placing outgoing calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, and processes reimbursements; greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and provide appropriate assistance or direction; create requisitions for office supplies, printing materials, and other departmental needs, maintaining inventory levels, and monitoring stock to ensure timely availability; provide support in the coordination and processing of departmental budgets, purchase requests, and related financial reports; assists with the preparation of correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents necessary for the effective administration of the SHINE Program including meeting minutes for SHINE staff and advisory board; assist in maintaining and updating correspondence lists of staff, school personnel, advisory board members, and all other business partners; attend and provide administrative support for SHINE staff meetings, Advisory Board meetings, and other program meetings as assigned; provides coverage and administrative assistance at SHINE Afterschool sites as needed to support program operations and ensure appropriate site coverage. Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred. Experience: Minimum one (1\) year of experience office experience. Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with staff, students, and public; ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to work well under pressure; proficient in Microsoft Office Suites; experience with database management and data entry; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
