Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve Unit Description Memorial Family Medicine Clinic in Las Cruces, New Mexico, is a fast\-paced, high\-volume family practice clinic providing comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan. The clinic serves a diverse patient population, including obstetric, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Providers deliver a wide range of preventive, acute, and chronic care services, as well as in\-office procedures such as women's health exams and circumcisions. The collaborative care team works closely to support patient needs in a dynamic environment, making it an ideal setting for CMAs who are adaptable, patient\-focused, and comfortable caring for individuals of all ages. How you'll contribute: A Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who excels in this role: Under the supervision of physicians or nurses, assists with performing patient assessments and treatments. Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection. Monitors and communicates changes in patient condition. Documents patient care given. Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Maintains examination areas. Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration. Shift: M\-F – Staggered shifts between 7:30AM\-5:30PM (No weekends or holidays) What we're looking for: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required; Graduate of accredited medical assistance program or equivalent Required License: CCMA, CMA or RMA Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) obtain within 60 days of hire.
