ARMMOR Wellness Group is seeking counseling\-ready Texas LMSWs who are ready to begin or continue building direct outpatient clinical experience with structured supervision. Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Assess level of need and level of care Conduct SI/HI and safety assessments when indicated Conduct client consultations Participate in clinical supervision Maintain ethical and professional standards Qualifications Active Texas LMSW license Master's degree in Social Work Direct counseling experience Experience with EHRs and clinical documentation Experience and familiarity with assessment, treatment planning, and safety assessment Self\-motivated and receptive to supervision Interested in building toward 10\-15 clients per week or more upon approval by supervisor ARMMOR Wellness Group is looking for clinicians who care deeply about the quality of their work and who want to provide thoughtful, affirming therapy to clients ready for meaningful support and change.
