We factor every load so you get paid the exact week you work. The factoring company charges 2\.5% plus a flat $12 per invoice to advance this cash immediately. Insurance: You must independently carry your own Non\-Trucking Liability (NTL) ($1M) and Physical Damage insurance. Credentials: Valid CDL\-A, current medical card, and clean DOT inspection history.
