Founding Clinical Director (LCSW) Independent Contractor (Part\-Time) ABC Community Healthcare, Inc. El Paso, Texas Lead the Clinical Development of a New Community Health Organization ABC Community Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as its Founding Clinical Director under an Independent Contractor Agreement. This leadership opportunity offers the chance to help build an integrated behavioral health program serving underserved communities throughout the U.S.–Mexico Border Region. Position Type · Independent Contractor · Flexible Schedule · Hybrid / Remote administrative work with periodic on\-site presence in El Paso, Texas Position Summary The Founding Clinical Director will provide clinical leadership for outpatient behavioral health services, oversee clinical quality, supervise behavioral health staff as permitted by Texas law, collaborate with the Executive Director, Medical Director, and assist in developing the organization's clinical infrastructure and regulatory readiness. Primary Responsibilities · Provide clinical leadership for behavioral health services. · Supervise behavioral health clinicians and clinical support staff as appropriate under Texas law. · Supervise the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and treatment protocols. · Ensure compliance with Texas licensing requirements, ethical standards, and documentation requirements. · Conduct clinical chart reviews and quality improvement activities. · Collaborate with the Medical Director on integrated behavioral health services. · Assist with staff orientation, clinical supervision, and continuing education. · Participate in strategic planning and leadership meetings. Clinical Leadership The Clinical Director will collaborate with the Executive Director and Medical Director in providing clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team that may include: · Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) / Doctor of Social Work (DSW’s) · Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) · Registered Nurse (BSN) · Medical Assistant · Phlebotomist · Community Health Workers Administrative supervision of personnel remains the responsibility of the Executive Director. Minimum QualificationsRequired · Current Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing. · Minimum of three years of post\-licensure clinical experience. · Experience supervising behavioral health staff. · Knowledge of Texas behavioral health regulations. · Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred · Clinical Director or Clinical Supervisor experience. · Community mental health experience. · Integrated behavioral health experience. · Substance use disorder treatment experience. · Bilingual (English/Spanish).
