Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented On Chain Treasury Specialist to join our innovative financial team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing treasury operations within blockchain ecosystems, ensuring seamless on\-chain asset management, liquidity provisioning, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Oversee on\-chain treasury activities, including asset allocation, liquidity management, and transaction execution across multiple blockchain protocols. Monitor and analyze on\-chain data to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and financial reporting aligned with industry standards such as GAAP and IFRS. Manage the integration of accounting systems with blockchain platforms to facilitate real\-time reconciliation of balances, debits \& credits, and account analysis. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to cryptocurrency transactions and on\-chain financial reporting. Lead the development of financial models using spreadsheets and data analysis tools to support cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives. Collaborate with finance teams to implement best practices in double entry bookkeeping, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger accounting within decentralized environments. Coordinate with internal teams to optimize treasury management processes, improve efficiency in accounts payable/receivable workflows, and maintain regulatory compliance accounting standards. Skills Strong understanding of financial concepts including cash management, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance accounting. Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero or similar platforms; familiarity with integrating these systems with blockchain technology is a plus. Expertise in managing accounting teams and overseeing corporate accounting functions within complex environments. Knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes\-Oxley Act), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and governmental or non\-profit accounting standards. Proficiency in Excel data analysis techniques for financial report writing, account reconciliation, forecast modeling, and balance sheet reconciliation. Experience with financial software tools used for treasury management, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting within digital asset ecosystems. Ability to interpret technical accounting issues related to digital assets, payroll processing, cost accounting analysis, and international accounting standards. Excellent communication skills for preparing clear financial reports and collaborating across finance teams to ensure accuracy in financial close processing and audit readiness.
