Responsibilities Engage with customers directly at events, retail locations, or and various locations in the greater Houston area to promote our client's products and services. Conduct product and service comparisons to showcase features and benefits effectively for each customer. Collect valuable data from customer interactions to help refine marketing strategies. Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and growing our online presence. Assist in planning and executing promotional events to increase brand awareness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience. Support branding initiatives by maintaining consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or customer\-facing roles is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently. Bilingual abilities are highly valued for reaching diverse audiences. Experience with data collection or social media management is advantageous. Demonstrated interest in sales, marketing, event planning, or public speaking.
