How you’ll contribute A Medical Receptionist who excels in this role: Provides front office support in a physician office. Answers telephone promptly and courteously, takes accurate and complete messages, forwards, or answers inquiries as appropriate. Schedules all patients according to policy and procedures. Collects, verifies, and performs insurance eligibility into the practice management system. Collects patient co\-payments. What we’re looking for Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. * Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
