Sales Operations Manager Boise Blinds Help Build the Sales Operation That Drives Our Growth Boise Blinds is Idaho’s leading MagnaTrack Exterior Shade dealer and one of the top MagnaTrack dealers in the nation. We specialize in premium exterior shade systems and custom interior window coverings, and we’re building the systems and team needed to continue our growth. We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager / Systems Manager to own the administrative and customer\-facing side of our sales process. This is a critical leadership position responsible for making sure every lead, customer, quote, appointment, payment, and project moves efficiently through our business. This is an ownership role for someone who enjoys creating organization, communicating with customers, building systems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will work closely with our Director of Operations to keep our sales and operations teams aligned while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your \#1 Priority Your primary job is to own the sales pipeline: Respond to every new lead fast Qualify and schedule all in\-home consultations Keep Jobber accurate and up to date Make sure every quote is followed up until it’s a clear yes or no Everything else supports that mission. What You’ll Own Lead Response \& Scheduling All inbound sales leads and speed\-to\-lead response Answering inbound sales calls and returning missed calls Monitoring company email, text messages, Jobber messages, website inquiries, and other lead sources throughout the day Qualifying new leads and scheduling all in\-home sales consultations Sending next\-day appointment reminders and confirming appointments Managing and optimizing the sales calendar to reduce unnecessary drive time Assigning appointments to the appropriate salesperson Pipeline \& Quotes Maintaining accurate customer records, notes, stages, and follow\-up tasks in Jobber Preparing, reviewing, sending, tracking, and following up on customer quotes Learning our products and pricing to ensure accurate and timely quoting Managing both short\-term and long\-term lead nurture Following up with customers who have not yet purchased Customer Communication \& Project Flow Monitoring installation and repair timelines and communicating updates to customers Working closely with the Director of Operations to keep projects on schedule Sending review requests and thank\-you messages after completed projects Making sure every lead, quote, message, appointment, and project has a clear next step Basic Financial \& Admin Support Coordinating invoices, deposits, final payments, and payment follow\-up Entering routine transactions into QuickBooks Collecting receipts from the field and attaching them to the correct QuickBooks transactions Reviewing outstanding invoices and coordinating collection follow\-up Confirming deposits and final payments before installation or job closeout What Success Looks Like Every lead receives a fast response Every sales appointment is scheduled efficiently Salespeople spend more time selling and less time driving Every quote is accurate and consistently followed up Jobber is always clean, accurate, and current Customers receive proactive communication throughout their project Installations and repairs stay on schedule because communication never breaks down Payments, receipts, invoices, and documentation are organized and accurate Sales and operations function as one coordinated unit What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone with experience in sales operations, customer service, dispatching, inside sales, scheduling, office administration, or home services who understands how to manage a high volume of customer communication. The ideal candidate: Enjoys talking with customers and answering phones Has experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines Can manage multiple calendars and priorities Understands route efficiency and scheduling logistics Has strong familiarity with the Boise / Treasure Valley area (Eagle, Meridian, Nampa, Kuna, Star, etc.) and realistic drive times between neighborhoods for efficient routing Is highly organized and detail\-oriented Takes ownership without waiting to be told what to do Brings proven systems and ideas from previous roles Is comfortable learning product details and turning them into accurate quotes Is comfortable working in QuickBooks, Jobber, and Google Workspace Wants to help build a company, not just fill a position Experience with Jobber, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and the home services industry is strongly preferred.
