We’re hiring a full time data entry / office assistant candidate. This position is for a small furniture company. We are a team of remote Sales Professionals, Warehouse Employees, and an on\-site President. We are seeking candidates with Office Assistant experience preferably within office work and sales. Responsibilities: \ Data entry w. speed and accuracy required. \Must know MS Office very well. \ Manage onsite customers and handle order processing. \ Manage light bookkeeping. \ Manage all orders with customers from a logistical standpoint. \ Maintain office standards throughout the day and supervise all day to day activities Requirements. \ High school diploma; Bachelor's degree or Associates degree is a plus. \ Must be highly organized and be able to bring organizational ideas to the company to assist with efficiency. \ Must also have Office experience. \ Must be Customer Service oriented and must be a People Person. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $15\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Education: Associate (Preferred) Experience: Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred) * Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
