Pay: $16\.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Industry: Personal Care Home Health (PHC) Job Summary Hallmark Healthcare LLC is a well\-established Home Health agency seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is more than a traditional office role—you will provide administrative support while also assisting with client admissions, caregiver orientations, and regular visits to clients' homes. Because we are a home health agency, this role includes working both in the office and in the field. You will occasionally travel to clients' homes to complete admissions, collect documentation, conduct follow\-up visits, and, when agency needs arise, provide temporary coverage by filling in for caregivers to ensure our clients continue receiving quality care. Key Responsibilities Provide clerical and administrative support, including preparing documents, filing, copying, scanning, and data entry. Answer phones, distribute mail, respond to inquiries, and maintain communication with clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Maintain personnel and client records, organize office files, and manage office supplies. Assist with caregiver orientations, onboarding, and training documentation. Coordinate and assist with client admissions and ongoing care documentation. Travel to clients' homes for admissions, assessments, documentation, follow\-up visits, and other agency\-related needs. Occasionally provide direct client care by filling in for caregivers when staffing coverage is needed, ensuring continuity of care for our clients. Represent Hallmark Healthcare professionally and compassionately while building positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners. Support daily agency operations to ensure high\-quality personal care services are delivered to every client. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation with the ability to travel locally. Comfortable working both in an office setting and in clients' homes. Strong communication, organizational, and time\-management skills. Compassionate, dependable, and willing to learn. Work Environment \& Conditions Office\-based work combined with regular travel to clients' homes. Comfortable working in a Primary Home Care (PHC) environment. Occasional standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and filing. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and adapt to changing client needs.
