Provide high\-level administrative support to the President's office while ensuring efficient coordination, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service. Part time position working on the Christanna Campus in Alberta. The admin and office specialist will assist the President's coordinator. Duties and Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and managing the President's calendar, ensuring the President's office is informed of schedule changes, appointments, and potential conflicts Assist with coordinating meeting and event logistics, including scheduling, room reservations, catering arrangements, and on\-site event support. Assist in coordinating the President’s travel arrangements, including travel authorizations, reservations, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and related logistics. Assist in providing administrative support for the presidential initiatives, leadership programs, and special projects. Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and other documents for the President’s Office, including follow\-up on action items as needed.
