### Job Overview ASI Instruments, a specialist provider of Animal Bed Handling Systems, Preclinical Imaging Instruments, and Stereotaxic Instruments, is seeking a diligent and organised individual to join our team as a Remote Office Clerk. This is a Full\-Time/Part time, permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to support a leading company in the scientific and preclinical research sector. The successful candidate will be a self\-motivated professional capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently from a remote setting. This role is offered on a remote basis to UK\-based applicants, supporting our US\-based operations. Job Title: Remote Office Clerk Employment Type: Full\-Time Location: Remote (UK\-Based) Salary: $25 \- $35 USD per hour ### Responsibilities Manage and organise digital correspondence, including responding to emails and forwarding enquiries to the appropriate departments. Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records, including client information and internal databases. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other company documents. Schedule virtual meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments across different time zones. Provide administrative support to various teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Maintain and organise the company's digital filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible. Handle administrative tasks related to sales orders and client support documentation. Liaise professionally with colleagues and clients to assist with queries and information requests. ### Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role. Exceptional organisational and time\-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. The ability to work independently and productively in a remote environment. Strong problem\-solving skills and a proactive approach to administrative challenges. A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup are essential. Previous experience working with a US\-based company or across multiple time zones is highly desirable but not essential. * Familiarity with the scientific or medical equipment industry would be a distinct advantage.
