The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is the heartbeat of our office and the welcoming face of Right at Home Bergen County. As the first point of contact for families, caregivers, clients, applicants, and referral partners, you will create positive first impressions through exceptional customer service, professionalism, and genuine compassion. This role is much more than answering phones—it's about keeping the office organized, supporting our caregiving team, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, and serving as the on\-site liaison for our remote leadership team. You'll help coordinate daily office operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure every visitor and caller receives prompt, friendly, and professional assistance.
