With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.Why Alera Group ------------------- Meaningful Impact: Help clients and employees navigate benefits programs that drive retention, engagement, and satisfaction Growth \& Learning: Opportunities to deepen your expertise and gain exposure to a variety of clients and industries Collaborative Culture: Work in a team\-oriented environment that values accountability, partnership, and the principles of The Collaborative Way Responsibilities: ### What You’ll Do / Your Impact #### Client System Support Implementations Assist with data collection document processing and system updates to support client records and policy administration Complete assigned administrative and processing tasks accurately and on time in support of agency operations #### Ongoing Client Support \& Issue Resolution Serve as the first point of contact for clients vendors and visitors providing professional and courteous service Answer and route incoming calls and respond to basic customer inquiries Support client service requests and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members Partner with internal teams to ensure requests are tracked communicated and resolved efficiently #### Data \& Process Management Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems Prepare scan copy file and organize agency documents including applications policy documents and correspondence Track incoming and outgoing mail and support communication distribution Process payments prepare daily deposits and maintain accurate records Support internal documentation and office processes to improve workflow efficiency Assist with scheduling meetings managing office supplies and supporting special projects Qualifications: ### What You Bring #### Required Experience in administrative support customer service or office environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Professional demeanor and strong client service orientation #### Preferred Experience in an insurance agency or financial services environment Familiarity with agency management systems or data entry platforms Experience supporting document processing billing or client records ### Core Competencies Detail orientation Accountability and follow through Collaborative mindset Client first thinking Organizational and communication skills Additional Information: Compensation: Salary range: $17 \- $21 Hourly Benefits: Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, 401(k), generous PTO, and more.
