Some of What You'll Do Greets the customer when they come into the company, determines their needs, and directs them to the appropriate person Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner Performs designated clerical duties and maintains assigned records, filed, and reports What You Bring A high school degree or GED Is required. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably one in a front desk/receptionist role is desirable.
