The Role: HR Coordinator Role Location: Phoenix, Arizona Department: Human Resources/Compliance Position Type: Full\-time Pay: $19\-$21 per hour DOE Who We Are: Arizona Autism is the premier pediatric therapy provider in the state, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support. Position Summary The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting onboarding, recruitment coordination, and HCBS provider/contractor readiness for Arizona Autism. This position ensures that all providers meet onboarding and compliance requirements efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with DDD standards. This role is highly operational and fast\-paced, requiring strong follow\-up, communication, and organization skills to manage high volumes of providers while maintaining a positive and professional experience. Key Responsibilities Onboarding \& Provider Processing Facilitate onboarding for 1099 independent contractor providers from offer through clearance Ensure all required onboarding documents are completed, signed, and uploaded accurately Send and track contractor onboarding documents Monitor onboarding progress and follow up as needed with providers to ensure completion Maintain accurate records in systems (Caspio, Therapy Corner, and OLCR. Support rehire onboarding processes as needed Recruitment Coordination Support Partner with the recruiting team to transition candidates from interview to onboarding Review applications/contract and W9 to confirm required documentation is complete before onboarding Communicate next steps clearly to candidates following successful interviews Assist with scheduling onboarding sessions and follow\-ups Ensure smooth handoff between HR and HCBS teams HCBS \& Provider Readiness Support Coordinate with the HCBS team to ensure providers are prepared for placement with members Confirm providers meet Phase requirements prior to service delivery Assist with provider pairing readiness (communication, expectations) Compliance \& Documentation Tracking Track required compliance items, including: CPR/First Aid Article 9 Prevention \& Support Fingerprint Clearance Card Central Registry (CR) Criminal History Affidavit (CHA) Send reminders and follow\-ups for missing or expiring documentation Ensure all documents meet audit and DDD standards before clearance Maintain accurate and audit\-ready records Provider Communication \& Follow\-Up Conduct high\-volume outreach via phone, text, and email Provide clear, professional guidance to providers on requirements and next steps Respond to provider inquiries in a timely manner Maintain consistent follow\-up until onboarding or compliance tasks are complete Team Collaboration \& Operations Participate in team blitzes, audits, and onboarding initiatives Support daily team goals related to onboarding completion and compliance Communicate barriers, delays, or risks to leadership proactively Assist with special projects, audits, and system updates as assigned Key Performance Expectations (KPIs) Onboarding completion timelines (speed and accuracy to clearance) Provider follow\-up consistency and response times Accuracy of documentation and data entry Compliance completion rates Contribution to team production goals (blitzes, audits, onboarding volume) Required Skills \& Competencies Strong organization and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong follow\-up and accountability mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in HR, onboarding, or compliance (healthcare or HCBS preferred) Familiarity with 1099 contractor environments Experience with high\-volume processing or administrative coordination Knowledge of DDD requirements (preferred but not required) Work Environment Fast\-paced, high\-volume environment Requires frequent communication with providers and internal teams Combination of administrative work, communication, and coordination What Success Looks Like in This Role Providers are onboarded quickly, accurately, and with a positive experience Documentation is complete, compliant, and audit\-ready Strong collaboration between HR, Recruiting, and HCBS High follow\-through with minimal oversight Ability to handle volume while maintaining quality Pay: $19\.00 \- $21\.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
