Description: Build Relationships. Drive Growth. Make an Impact. ------------------------------------------------------ Are you the type of sales professional who enjoys opening new doors, earning trust, growing relationships, and creating long\-term business partnerships? Do you thrive on meaningful conversations rather than transactional sales? Do you enjoy the challenge of turning a prospect into a loyal customer and helping existing customers grow? If so, we’d like to meet you. At InjuryScripts Pharmacy, we’re building something special. We’re looking for an accomplished healthcare sales professional who wants to make a measurable impact while helping us become the premier workers’ compensation pharmacy in the country. This is an opportunity to own a national portfolio of provider relationships, influence business growth, and join a company where your ideas, effort, and results truly matter. About InjuryScripts Pharmacy ================================ InjuryScripts Pharmacy is a nationally licensed workers’ compensation pharmacy dedicated exclusively to serving injured workers and the healthcare providers who care for them. We partner with physician practices across the United States to simplify the prescribing process, improve patient access to medications, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from prescription through delivery. Our culture is built around relationships, responsiveness, accountability, and doing the right thing for our providers and their patients. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for people who share those same values. Position Summary ==================== As a National Provider Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with physician practices throughout the United States. You’ll inherit an established portfolio of providers while also identifying opportunities to develop new business, reconnect with former prescribers, expand existing relationships, and help drive continued company growth. This position is ideal for an accomplished healthcare sales professional who has built a successful career developing business, managing accounts, and creating long\-term customer relationships primarily through phone\-based and virtual selling. You’ll spend most of your day speaking with physicians and medical offices across the country, making approximately 50 outbound calls each day. Some conversations will be with long\-standing customers, while others will require introducing InjuryScripts to prospective providers or winning back practices that have stopped prescribing with us. Every day presents a different challenge—and a new opportunity to build relationships and grow the business. What You’ll Do ================== Build strong relationships with physicians, office managers, medical assistants, referral coordinators, and other key decision\-makers within physician practices. Make approximately 50 outbound calls each day, balancing prospecting, account development, follow\-up, and relationship management. Grow existing provider relationships by identifying opportunities to increase engagement and utilization of InjuryScripts’ services. Prospect and develop new physician relationships through consultative outreach. Re\-engage providers who have reduced or stopped prescribing with InjuryScripts and successfully earn back their business. Build “total office” relationships by becoming a trusted resource for everyone involved in the prescribing process—not just the physician. Confidently overcome objections and clearly communicate the value of partnering with InjuryScripts. Educate providers and office staff on our services, products, and processes. Partner with internal departments to ensure providers receive exceptional service. Maintain accurate CRM documentation and execute disciplined follow\-up. Collaborate with leadership and outside sales representatives to support strategic growth initiatives. Who Succeeds Here ===================== Our best salespeople are naturally curious, highly organized, and genuinely enjoy talking with people. They don’t wait for opportunities—they create them. They’re just as comfortable calling on a brand\-new prospect as they are strengthening relationships with long\-standing customers. They know how to ask thoughtful questions, uncover opportunities, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the business. Most importantly, they build trust throughout an entire physician practice—from the front desk to the physician—and become valued business partners rather than just another salesperson. How Success Will Be Measured ================================ Success in this role will be measured by: Growth of assigned provider accounts Development of new prescribing providers Successful reactivation of inactive providers Provider engagement and relationship development Consistent CRM activity and follow\-up Achievement of individual sales and growth objectives Why InjuryScripts? ====================== We’re not looking for someone to simply make phone calls. We’re looking for someone who wants to build lasting relationships, contribute to a growing organization, and play an important role in helping us become the preferred pharmacy partner for healthcare providers nationwide. If you’re passionate about healthcare sales, enjoy building relationships, and want to join a company where your contributions make a difference every day, we’d love to hear from you. To Apply ------------ Please submit your resume along with a brief note (2–3 paragraphs) describing the most challenging account you’ve ever won, retained, or won back. Tell us what made it difficult, how you approached it, and what the outcome was. We’re looking for professionals who take pride in earning trust, solving problems, and delivering results. Candidates must reside in a U.S. state where InjuryScripts is authorized to employ remote team members. Requirements: Qualifications ================== Required Minimum of 2 years of experience building relationships with physician offices. Demonstrated success in a phone\-based healthcare sales, inside sales, account management, or business development role where relationship building and outbound calling were core responsibilities. Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, workers’ compensation, medical device, laboratory, DME, healthcare technology, or another provider\-facing healthcare sales environment. Proven success growing existing accounts while developing new business opportunities. Comfortable making approximately 50 outbound business calls each day in a consultative sales environment. Strong consultative selling, relationship\-building, and objection\-handling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding organization, follow\-up, and time management skills. Experience using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales activities. Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. ### Preferred Proven success building long\-term business relationships primarily through telephone, video, and virtual communication. Experience in a high\-volume phone\-based healthcare sales or account management environment. Comfortable conducting consultative sales conversations without relying primarily on face\-to\-face meetings. Experience managing a national territory or remote customer base. Experience calling on physician practices. * Pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or workers’ compensation experience.
