A fast\-paced local political campaign in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented Part\-Time Personal Assistant. This role is the organizational backbone of the campaign, working directly with leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly, manage chaotic schedules, and ensure critical tasks never slip through the cracks. Key Responsibilities Calendar \& Schedule Management: Maintain and optimize a fast\-moving master calendar, coordinating candidate appearances, team debates, media interviews, and internal strategy sessions. Communication Support: Help manage incoming correspondence, draft professional emails, flag urgent messages, and follow up with community members and campaign partners. Event Logistics \& Research: Actively scout local Buffalo community events, neighborhood festivals, and civic meetings for campaign presence. Assist with the planning, setup, and coordination of campaign\-hosted events. Daily Operational Support: Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, keep track of daily action items, and ensure campaign leadership has the materials and briefings needed for every meeting. Qualifications Exceptional Organization: You are someone who lives for checklists, calendar color\-coding, and structured timelines. Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to maintain total professionalism and discretion.
