Negotiate offers effectively, ensuring fair housing regulations are followed while closing deals that satisfy both clients and company objectives. Manage all aspects of residential real estate transactions from initial inquiry through contract signing, ensuring compliance with real estate law and administrative procedures. Build strong client rapport through excellent communication skills, active listening, and personalized service to foster trust and repeat business. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new buyers and promote property features effectively. Experience Proven experience in real estate sales or related customer service roles, preferably within residential markets. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, deal closing, and managing real estate transactions efficiently. Familiarity with real estate offer negotiation, property management, and managing real estate teams is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with experience in administrative tasks related to real estate operations. Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, and industry trends to ensure compliant practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales technology adoption tools for effective client management. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases effectively. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for building client rapport and guiding buyers confidently through the process.
