We're hiring a BCBA at $75–$85/hour, with capped caseloads and the kind of mentorship that actually shows up — especially if you're early in your career. The Role You'll own treatment for the children on your caseload — assessment, individualized programming, RBT supervision, and parent training — while admin and scheduling support handles the paperwork that usually eats your day. Setting: Hybrid in\-home\-remote in Spring, TX Caseload: capped at 8 clients, so you can give each family real attention Schedule: flexible: full\-time and part\-time positions available Day to day, you'll conduct behavioral assessments, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise and support RBTs, provide parent training and family guidance, monitor progress and adjust goals, and collaborate with the broader clinical team.
