Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, providing clear and helpful solutions. Assist clients with product information, order status, account issues, and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate records of chat interactions, including details of customer concerns and resolutions. Use data entry skills to update customer accounts and logs efficiently while ensuring data accuracy. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when transitioning customers from chat to outbound calls or follow\-up communication. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes as needed. Experience Previous experience in customer support or client services, preferably within a call center or online environment. Strong multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Proven sales skills to identify opportunities for upselling or cross\-selling products/services during chats. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and technical tools used for live chat platforms. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high\-quality service. Familiarity with data entry, typing accuracy, and computer skills essential for managing customer information efficiently.
