We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is sharp, people\-savvy, and genuinely passionate about connecting talent with opportunity. Someone who treats every search with the same level of care, whether it's an entry\-level position or a senior leadership role. What you'll do Lead full\-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of industries, roles, and levels \- from hourly positions to senior management and executive searches. Design and execute talent attraction strategies tailored to each role: job postings, sourcing campaigns, social media outreach, talent pipelines, and referral networks. Screen and evaluate candidates with rigor \- assessing not just qualifications, but cultural fit, communication style, and long\-term potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients, keeping them informed, aligned, and confident throughout the process. Manage candidate experience from first contact to offer \- ensuring every person who interacts with DPx walks away with a positive impression, regardless of outcome. Leverage recruiting technology and ATS platforms to track pipelines, manage data, and report on key hiring metrics. Stay current on labor market trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices \- bringing new ideas to the team on a regular basis. The talent market shifts constantly, and you actively keep up with trends, platforms, and sourcing strategies. You're honest with your team and your clients \- even when the news isn't great. No surprises, no hidden balls. What we're looking for 3\+ years of experience as a Hiring Specialist, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition professional. Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple levels \- hourly, professional, supervisory, managerial, and executive roles. Experience across different industries is a strong plus. Proficiency with ATS platforms and digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Meta Ads, and others). Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and employment practices in Puerto Rico. Fluent in Spanish and English \- both written and verbal. If recruiting is your craft and you want to build something meaningful \- not just fill positions \- we want to meet you.
