Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to provide high\-level support. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The role will start with a minimum commitment of 2 hours per week, with tasks expanding based on performance and need. At a minimum, you'll handle two routine check\-ins weekly: Morning task list: A brief task alignment to start the day. Evening summary call: A 5\-15 minute call around 6:30 p.m. to wrap up the day and plan for the next. Additionally, we aim for one in\-person meeting per week, three to four hours, to ensure efficient coordination. Key Responsibilities Task Management: Maintain schedules, send reminders, and refine systems for efficiency. Administrative Support: Handle emails, texts, and calls with co\-workers, clients, and family members. Research and logistics: Book flights, order products, and coordinate errands. Event Planning and Execution: Help with property management, acquisitions, and social media campaigns. Project Involvement: Website Rebuild Brand Relaunch Personal/private documentary Job applications and career coordination Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Equipment: Personal Mac/Apple computer and reliable transportation Software Skills: Proficient in Zoom; knowledge of AI tools/software is a bonus Confidentiality: Must sign an NDA Agreement Interpersonal Skills: Strong Communicator who is open, honest, and highly organized Work Hours: Up to 20 hours per week Schedule flexibility, with key calls required in the morning and 6:30 PM wrap\-ups Occasional errands or site visits as needed Why join us?
