Position Summary: This position will provide clerical support to the Loan Operations Department. Position is on\-site; no remote work. Essential Functions: Conducts final loan review after scanning Additional Responsibilities: Give loan payoffs and assist customers with questions about their loan accounts Research loan questions for customers Maintain customer privacy Enter referrals, incidents, and activities on 360 View. Will be a proactive participant in marketing, sales campaigns, business development, and relationship building efforts that relate to the assigned location or the bank as a whole Will be responsible for full compliance with all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations Will maintain a strict level of confidentiality Perform various other duties as may be assigned or delegated by the manager Education and Experience: Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: Associates Degree or Comparable Work Experience Personal Characteristics: Good organization skills Good verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Ability to maintain strictest level of confidentiality Loan Operations Clerk category may be governed by the following: Education/Training * Experience This position description is a guide for accomplishing the Bank’s objectives and covers the primary functions and responsibilities of the position.
