Responsibilities Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls across multiple time zones. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring all correspondence is addressed professionally and promptly. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. Perform data entry, maintain organised digital filing systems, and manage databases effectively. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries. Assist with the preparation of expense reports and basic bookkeeping tasks. Provide general administrative support to the wider team to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations. Conduct research and compile information for various projects and reports as required. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or virtual assistant role. Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other standard office software. Exceptional organisational and time\-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem\-solving. Experience within the media or broadcasting industry is desirable but not essential. What We Offer A competitive hourly rate of $25 \- $35 USD, commensurate with experience.
