Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine essential bookkeeping responsibilities with vital administrative support, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be reliable, highly organized, and possess a passion for accuracy. You will play a key role in managing financial records, supporting daily office operations. The position offers potential for growth and creativity. Duties Manage accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks Online, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled regularly. Process payroll and weekly tip pay\-out Perform data entry tasks with precision, including invoicing, billing, and maintaining financial records Must be familiar with Toast POS, reports, and Toast Payroll Answer phone and direct calls efficiently while providing excellent customer support Support office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Excellent computer literacy including data entry, file management, and familiarity with Google Workspace applications Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred to ensure smooth daily operations Technical proficiency in office management tools combined with strong typing skills for efficient document processing Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities with accuracyJoin us in creating a vibrant workplace where your skills make a real difference!
