Order Processing Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a detail\-oriented and reliable Order Processing specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately handling customer orders, ensuring timely processing, and maintaining excellent communication with both customers and internal departments. This position is fully remote and requires strong organizational and computer skills. Key Responsibilities Receive, review, and process customer orders through internal systems or email. Verify order details including pricing, quantities, and shipping information. Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and customer service teams to ensure accurate fulfillment. Track order status and resolve any delays or discrepancies. Communicate with customers regarding order updates, confirmations, or issues. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and order activities. Handle refunds according to company policy. Requirements Previous experience in order processing, data entry, customer service, or administrative support (preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, and order management systems. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of inventory or shipping processes. Experience with CRM or ERP systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
