Responsibilities Enter customer, product, and order information into databases with high accuracy. Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data quality. Review data for completeness and ensure compliance with company standards. Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data. Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role. Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a deadline\-driven environment. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
