Office Manager – Mullet Man Buys Houses About Us Mullet Man Buys Houses (Hamby Housing LLC) is a private real estate investment company that buys single\-family distressed housing to flip for profit. We spend thousands of dollars monthly on marketing to assist people in tough situations, offering them time and convenience in exchange for a discounted, as\-is property sale. The Role We are looking for a highly capable Office Manager to act as the administrative backbone of our company. Your primary goal is to run operations from the office so our field team can focus on meeting with sellers and making offers. We are seeking a proactive leader who can improve operations behind the scenes, not just a task follower. Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Act as the main point of contact for "buy call leads". You must ensure all incoming calls are answered live 24/7\. A backup service is provided so you do not need to stress if you miss the call. Transaction Coordination: Manage the process once a contract is signed. You will communicate with buyers and sellers, call for inspections, track earnest money deadlines, and ensure all documents are signed and uploaded to Lone Wolf and KW Command. Project \& Property Management: Assist with project management from the office by scheduling contractors for flips. Manage up to 10 rental properties (long\-term, mid\-term, and short\-term/Airbnb) by collecting rent, handling maintenance, and managing applications via Turbo Tenant. Data Entry \& Reporting: Keep precise records in our CRM (KW Command), upload listings to PAR MLS, and maintain daily lead reports in Google Sheets. Onboarding/Offboarding Properties: Set up utility accounts and vacant property insurance within 24 hours of a property purchase. Ensure utilities and insurance are canceled within 24 hours of a property sale. Marketing \& Admin Support: Assist with editing videos using AI for social media and collaborate with our SEO manager for weekly blogs. Oversee general office upkeep, maintain supplies, and arrange for lockboxes and signs to be installed. Team Alignment: Participate in daily team huddles every morning at 9:00 AM for status updates, CRM audits, and role\-play training. Bonus Structure Appointment Bonuses: Earn a $25 bonus for every seller appointment set. Hit 5 appointments in a week to earn a $50 bonus, plus $50 for every additional appointment that same week. Transaction Bonuses: Earn $100 per closing transaction you coordinate. You also earn 25% of 3% purchase price on any deals you bring directly to the company. Healthcare: Medical benefits are provided. Paid Time Off: 10 days of paid vacation after 3 months of employment , plus 12 paid holidays off per year. Growth Opportunities: Annual bonus or raise based on performance up to 7% of your salary. Future promotion opportunity to hire and manage a Virtual Assistant, which includes a $10,000 increase in base pay.
