Job Overview MAG Enterprises is seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our organization. This position is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Philadelphia, PA. This role supports the Company's Controller with day\-to\-day tasks such as processing vendor invoices, reconciling vendor statements and preparing weekly check runs. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help maintain accurate financial data and contribute to the overall efficiency of our office environment. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your accounting and administrative expertise within a collaborative setting. Responsibilities Hands\-on experience and familiarity with QuickBooks and related tools used for data entry, reporting and reconciliations preferred. Ability to assist with Bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers and supporting account \& vendor reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other office productivity tools for organizing and analyzing financial data. Support office management tasks such as filing, organizing financial documents and making bank deposits. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Provide customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries with professional phone etiquette with vendors, customers, owners, etc. Maintain organization of files and documents through effective filing systems and digital tools with implementation of new software \& technology Experience Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is preferred Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable Experience in customer service, especially within the hospitality industry Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast\-paced environment Must have a vehicle to drive between locations if necessary \& to bank for deposits Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your skills will make a real impact!
