Join us and be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly during weekend hours! \\\\Saturday \& Sunday 3pm\-8pm \\\\ Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments with a friendly demeanor Manage multi\-line phone systems to answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages efficiently Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and accessible Handle data entry tasks such as filing, updating records, and managing appointment calendars using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Support office management activities including basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, invoicing, and tracking expenses Assist with clerical duties like proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing incoming/outgoing mail Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions promptly and professionally while maintaining phone etiquette Skills Proven experience in front desk or office reception roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in multi\-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients effectively Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills Previous clerical or administrative experience with familiarity in filing, proofreading, and document management Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and basic office management functions Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy weekend shifts * Personal assistant or calendar management experience is a plus for supporting scheduling needs Join us as a Weekend Receptionist to bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to our vibrant team!
